WIF portfolio risk management for both new and existing business within assigned state.
Ensuring appropriate action is taken on exit accounts or accounts at risk which ensures no financial loss to the Bank.
Healthy local stakeholder relationship with sales, credit and LMU. (One team)
Managing, executing and resolving items appearing on exception and watchlist reports.
Understand issues and opportunities facing business customers by interacting with network and working with customers to resolve WIF related issues.
Ensuring the quality of service and support provided to customers is of the highest standard.
Build strong stakeholder relations
Provide recommendations on product propositions and improved process efficiencies.
Monitor and report on trends in the local market and customer demands vs. risk to the Bank.
Being accountable for the risk profile in terms of minimising compliance risk, operational risk, and reputation risk within assigned state
Comply with legislative and regulatory obligations and the bank’s operational, compliance and audit risk framework.
Teaming and contribution
Identify training and development needs that will drive increased capability.
Ensuring that effective management is implemented to ensure all staff kpi requirements are met in a timely manner.
Offer coaching and guidance where necessary.
